Hi, I'm Christy Gee and welcome to Harbour Cheesecake! We are located in the beautiful Village of Port Stanley, Ontario. The municipality of Central Elgin has always been my hometown. From early entrepreneurial beginnings helping with my family's vegetable stand during my summer vacations, to raising a family, and a 22 year career in the insolvency field. 

 

Cake and cheese; two of the most loved fare in the entire foodie repertoire. Put them together and you get a creamy, luscious sweet treat that is enjoyed by millions of fans the world over. I don’t know about you, but I think cheesecake has got to be up there as one of the greatest desserts ever created.
